Children have such wonderful imaginations and this class will help to bring those imaginations to reality.  We’ll concentrate on the basic ceramic hand building skills: coil, pinch and slab techniques to build fantastical flowers and creatures.  Projects will be based on the individual interests of the child.  From moist clay to finished works of art!

*Materials Fee:

Students will be required to pay an additional materials fee of $20 for clay, glaze and firing. The materials fee should be paid to the instructor on the first day of class.

Students will use coil-slab and pinching clay to make ceramic projects.  Make your own containers and other surprises! Colors of all kinds will be used to add a special unique touch to each piece.
