Sharon Orbin
Sharon has been studying and practicing yoga since 2003 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)
through the Yoga Alliance. Skilled in the techniques, methodology, anatomy and philosophy of yoga
as defined by the Yoga Alliance, she is qualified to teach all varieties of yoga. She is experienced
in the different types of yoga, including stretching exercises, chair yoga, flow series called
Vinyasa, relaxation and stress release poses and breathing exercises. Yoga should and can be done
by everyone.
