Helen Bailey

Helen Bailey completed her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Tampa. She has taught in the Hillsborough County School system for over 20 years. In 2003 she was selected to conduct the Hillsborough County Fine Arts String Ensemble. Helen’s groups have made superior ratings in many Music Performance Assessments.

Currently, she teaches at Maniscalco, and Buchannan Middle School. In the past her program was featured in the Tampa Tribune and the Temple Terrace Paper to raise awareness for the need of instruments for students that wanted to play in the string class but couldn’t afford an instrument.
