Step Aerobics

Fitness - Step AerobicsStep aerobics will provide full body workouts, performed on a raised platform. These workouts will target your lower body, upper body and core. These movements are easy to follow and challenge your endurance and strength. The exercises will be accompanied by dance music so you’ll have fun while you sweat. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This class is a beginner course and not suited for people with knee injuries.
