Jump Rope - Fitness for KidsThis fun, high-intensity workout will make your kids fall in love with fitness. They’ll learn how to perform better in sports and daily life. As they complete body-weight and cardio exercises, they’ll improve their agility and cardiovascular health. Each class will have upbeat music, games and teamwork activities. Classes are all different and suitable for all fitness levels.
