Fit Camp

Fit Camp and WellnessThis class will provide you with high intensity cardio and strength workouts. Workouts include a combination of body weight exercises, interval training and strength training. These full body workouts will be different every class. Though it will be challenging, this is not a military-style boot camp. We will focus on teamwork, motivating each other and keeping our energy high!
