The South-Florida Lyric Opera will perform a concert of beautiful Baroque music. The event will showcase arias and duets from Baroque Opera by local, professional singers, staged readings of monologues from Baroque plays by actors, as well as dancers demonstrating Baroque style dance. The concert will also feature a semi-staging of Dido and Aeneas by Purcell in English.
Proceeds will benefit the South-Florida Lyric Opera and the Carrollwood Cultural Center!
