Dalia Condis came as an exile from Cuba in 1967 with her family. Upon arrival to the United States she acquired her degree in Art Education from two noted state universities, Montclair University and New Jersey City University. As a child, Dalia always felt a longing to paint, she began her studies in Havana, Cuba acquiring a degree from the prestigious San Alejandro University, then traveling to Venezuela to further her studies. Throughout the course of her career she has received many awards and has exhibited throughout the world. Her work has been recognized by many noted political figures reaching all the way to the White House. Since 1970, she’s owned and operated a school for Drawing and Painting.
