Ballroom Dance with Debbie Herring

In this class students will learn basic information about ballroom dance. You will be shown some basic ballroom steps from the dances of your choice. Ballroom dance is great exercise and a wonderful way to meet new people. Don’t sit on the sidelines anymore when the music plays… get out on the dance floor and have fun! This class is offered more than once per week. Please see schedule.

Ages: 10 + ● Levels: 1, 2, 3

Bollywood Dance with Varanie Vairavamoorthy

Dance classes in Bollywood, Indian classical and Indian folk. Involves a combination of modern filmy steps with classical gestures to create expression and graceful movements. This class brings discipline to the body and helps keep you in shape. Each class is one hour long and is held once per week. Classes begin with a 5-7 minute warm-up routine followed by dance instruction.

Ages: 10-17 ● Levels: 1

Tuition: Members $67.50 / Non-member $80

WINTER II (March 3 - April 12)
Friday, 4pm – 5pm

Adult Ballet with Sea Lee

An intermediate class designed for adults with previous dance training.

Ages: 13+ ● Levels: 2-3

Supplies: Ballet shoes, comfortable clothes that students can move in, and preferably hair in bun.

Tuition: Members $67.50 / Non-member $80

WINTER II (March 3 - April 12)
Wednesday, 6pm – 7pm

Adult Jazz II with Sea Lee

This fun-filled jazz class covers classical and lyrical jazz as well as many up-to-date fad dances. This fast-paced class will incorporate skills already acquired and will enforce technique and form. A willingness to work and achieve personal goals is a must.

Ages: 13+ ● Levels: 3-5

Supplies: Comfortable clothes and preferably jazz shoes.

WINTER II (March 3 - April 12)
Wednesday, 5pm – 5:45pm

 

Gentle Hatha Yoga with Sharon Orbin

This class will teach you basic yoga in a gentle way. You will learn about breath awareness, which will help with stress relief. This class is suited for everyone.

Ages: 10 + ● Levels: Any

Please bring a yoga mat or towel for class.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Sharon Orbin

This class will teach you yoga postures. With regular practice you will gain strength, flexibility and get stress relief. This class is suited for everyone.

Ages: 10 + ● Levels: Any

Power Yoga with Sharon Orbin

Power yoga is a vigorous practice. This class is for anyone who has practiced yoga and is in good health.

Ages: 13 + ● Levels: 3, 4, 5
