A Greek philosopher said, “You can’t step in the same stream twice.”  Why? The stream is always moving.  The water in which you step rushes on, replaced in an instant.  Our world is in flux.  The changes we face may seem dizzying.  Add to them the changes in our personal lives, and it’s clear an understanding of the change process and how to work with it will assist us to achieve maximum positive results.
